Multani Mal Modi College releases prospectus for next session
Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala today released its prospectus for next session (Year 2022-2023) and started the process of new admissions. On this occasion the college library was also renamed after the name of Dr.K.N.Modi, the founder visionary of Modi College. In light of the new education policy the prospectus for the next session highlights the different career oriented and industry based programs , skills based trainings and courses available at Modi college.
College principal Dr.Khushvinder Kumar congratulated the faculty and staff members for ranking of college as the number one college in the recent Tribune survey. He said that it is our collective effort as a team .He also advised the teachers to make learning more student- friendly with inclusion of technology based multimedia tools and focusing more on the research areas of their syllabus. He said that project based practical training is must for the students to excel in the long term.
The prospectus was released by Prof. Surindra Lal, the member of Management Committee of the college and the principal of the college .While addressing the faculty members Prof Surendra Lal said that the teachers should be honest to their professional ethics and should work as a dedicated team for the success of an educational institution.
Vice principal of the college and Head of English Department Prof Shailendra Sidhu discussed with the teachers the various aspects of the prospects.

ਮੁਲਤਾਨੀ ਮੱਲ ਮੋਦੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਵੇਂ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਾਸਪੈਕਟਸ ਰਿਲੀਜ਼
ਸਥਾਨਕ ਮੁਲਤਾਨੀ ਮੱਲ ਮੋਦੀ ਕਾਲਜ, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅੱਜ ਨਵੇਂ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ (2022-2023) ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਾਸਪੈਕਟਸ ਰਿਲੀਜ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਤੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਦਾਖ਼ਲਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਆਗਾਜ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੀ ਲਾਇਬਰੇਰੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਮਕਰਨ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਦੂਰਅੰਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਸੰਸਥਾਪਕ ਡਾ.ਕੇ.ਅੰਨ.ਮੋਦੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਤੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।ਨਵੀਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੀਤੀ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਾਸਪੈਕਟਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਵੱਖੋ-ਵੱਖਰੇ ਪੇਸ਼ਾਵਰ ਤੇ ਕਿੱਤਾ-ਆਧਾਰਿਤ ਕੋਰਸਾਂ, ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮਾਂ ਤੇ ਟਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸੁਵਿਧਾਵਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ-ਪੂਰਵਕ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਕਾਲਜ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ.ਖੁਸ਼ਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਟ੍ਰਿਬਿਊਨ ਅਖ਼ਬਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੋਦੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਿੱਤੇ ਦਾ ਬਿਹਤਰੀਨ ਕਾਲਜ ਐਲਾਨਣ ਤੇ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਦਾ ਫਲ਼ ਹੈ।ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੜਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਢੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਸਾਧਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਅਤੇ ਖੋਜ-ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਰ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਦਿਲਚਸਪ ਤੇ ਸੁਖਾਲਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਾਸਪੈਕਟਸ ਰਿਲੀਜ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਰਸਮ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਪ੍ਰੋ.ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰਾ ਲਾਲ ਤੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਨੇ ਅਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ।ਆਪਣੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰਾ ਲਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਿੱਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਪੂਰਨ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਸੰਸਥਾਨ ਦੀ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਇੱਕਜੁੱਟਤਾ ਤੇ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਵਾਈਸ-ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪ੍ਰੋ.ਸ਼ੈਲੇਦਰਾ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਸਪੈਕਟਸ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਭਾਗਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੰਖੇਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਾਰ ਡਾ.ਅਸ਼ਵਨੀ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ, ਕੰਟਰੋਲਰ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਡਾ.ਅਜੀਤ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਡੀਨ ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟ ਵੈੱਲਫੇਅਰ ਪ੍ਰੋ.ਵੇਦ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ, ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਗੁਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧੂ, ਕਾਮਰਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਡਾ.ਨੀਨਾ ਸਰੀਨ, ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਤੇ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਡਾ.ਨੀਰਜ ਗੋਇਲ, ਡਾ.ਗਣੇਸ਼ ਸੇਠੀ, ਡਾ.ਹਰਮੋਹਨ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਤੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
